We are pleased to announce the launch of a new Android application that may appeal to everyone who uses their phone while driving.
InDrive is a unique application that combines superior car home functionality with an advanced trip computer and deep Poweramp integration. The app makes it very easy to launch your favorite applications, direct dial numbers, view your trip information, and control music playback*. It will auto launch when placed in a compatible car dock. If you don’t have a physical car dock, InDrive provides an option to force the phone into car mode, in which it will override the Home button.
* The music screen is designed to work in conjunction with Poweramp. Without Poweramp installed, you will only be able to do very basic controls such as switching to the next song in the default Android music player. Support for other media players is not guaranteed.
Please download the app from Google Play and tell us what you think. Your feedback is much appreciated.

Please make it compatible with the Droid DNA. I was able to download the apk from your website, but I have no way to purchase it for the DNA. 🙁
We don’t have a Droid DNA on our hands and we haven’t tested the app on 1920×1080 resolution, but it probably won’t look great. Please contact me directly at indrive@codesector.com, I have a few questions for you. I’ll send you the unlocker for free afterwards.
I’m doing 2 custom nexus 7 car installs and this app has a nice feel but is not compatible. Any chance that nexus 7 will be supported soon? Not a big fan of other car apps currently on the market.
It’s a possibility, but certainly not in the next few updates.
It is a great app that it’s running great on my LG Optimus LTE2, but I have a suggestion that could it be add a option for GPS that it auto on after launch the App and auto off while exit the App. As default we usually turn off GPS for battery save. Thanks.
We can’t do it unfortunately. Google disallows it for “security/privacy reasons”, so developers have to forward to location preferences screen and let the user enable/disable it.
And I found that in the APPS menu while in the thrid page the right coner did not place the “Exit car mode” shortcut. Is it a bug?
Yeah, it was a bug. This should work in the latest version (1.1.0).
Please make a support version for a tablet. This is the best app for a car, i want to my tablet. Sorry for my english
