For some reason I can't get the 2.0b3 to embed itself as the default copy/move action in Vista x64.. It worked great in XP.
I've tried running TeraCopy as Admin and uncheck>recheck the Default Copy Service bit with no effect.. Anyone got a solution to this?

the new version is great but I have found a files fragmentation problem, teracopy just put the file in random places instead of placing it in first free sector (continuous free space where the file will fit and dont become fragmented) , there were no such bug in version 1.22 ...

This is an excellent utility, except for a major problem when using it in Vista. I run a limited user account rather than one with full Admin rights. I won’t compromise on that, as this is a more secure configuration. Often I’ll copy a file to or from a location that triggers the UAC, and on a limited account, the standard copy routine would ask for the Admin account’s password before it can proceed. TeraCopy doesn’t do this. In fact, it does nothing at all. The file isn’t copied, and no failure is reported. To get around this, I must resort to the built-in Windows copy. Please consider fixing this. Whatever time I’m saving in faster bulk copy operations is being offset by having to retry restricted copy operations using the built-in copy routine.

By the way, the spam filters here are way too aggressive. I can't post a message with the NoScript add-on (in Firefox) enabled at all, even with it set to completely allow all scripts with no restriction. I've tried posting this message quite a few times now.

Great piece of software! There is one feature I'd love to see added: The ability to check all md5 signatures contained in every *.md5 file found in an entire directory/subdirectory tree.
