		<description>Seriously?  You can't live without this?  I don't understand the attractiveness of simply being able to move Task Bar buttons (and/or tray icons) around.  Well, OK, I would like it if Windows allowed it by default, but running a hook-using application at all times to accomplish this, and going "crazy" by not being able to?  I don't get it.  Don't be offended, as I am not throwing stones; I simply mean exactly what I am saying, which is that I don't get it.</description>
